Focus Circle
Focus Circle is where we show up — not perfectly, but consistently — to do the things we've been avoiding.
You already know what they are. The project you keep circling. The email you haven't sent. The work that matters most and somehow never makes it to the top of the list. We call these Death Cookies — a term from Phil Stutz’s book True and False Magic — the small, hard, often unglamorous actions we resist precisely because they ask something of us. Eat the Death Cookie and you get something back: life force. The energy that comes from doing what you'd rather not, and the strength it builds in your relationship to your body, to others, and to yourself.
Co-led by Corinne Bowen and Tammi Salas, Focus Circle gathers multiple times a week on Zoom for focused, accountable work. Each session begins with the Life Force Log — a short daily practice of naming what you're avoiding and choosing one action to take. Then we work, together, in quiet.
What makes this different from working alone is the presence of other women doing the same thing: choosing to prioritize what matters, taking action however small, and holding space for each other along the way.
Monthly membership is $33/month

What Members Are Working On
Creative projects. Business tasks. Writing. Meal planning. Studio organization. Grant applications. Photography editing. The things that keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list — until they have a dedicated space, a daily practice, and a circle of women doing the work alongside you.
